Throubes

One of the most famous types of natural black olives. Natural Throubes olives from the island of Thasos contain all the aroma and flavor of the fully mature olive. They have a bitter taste and become wrinkled.

They are sold in international markets under many names depending on their place of origin (e.g. Amfissa, Thasos, Chalkidiki).
